How can I track my order?

You will receive email updates on the status of your order or you can sign into your account, find the order in your purchases and, click "Details".

Payments


What methods of payment can I use?

We accept the following payments:

  • Credit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover Network, Chat
  • Other forms of payment: PayPal, Chase Pay, MasterPass, Visa Checkout

At this time, we cannot accept cash, CODs, checks, money orders, or gift certificates for online purchases. If you have any questions about your order, please contact our Customer Support team by emailing customerservice@mellonastore.com or clicking here.

Can I add different forms of payment to an order?

No. We're currently unable to accept multiple credit cards for a single transaction.

When will my credit card be charged?

Your credit card will be charged as each item ships. You may see multiple credit card charges if you have an order that contains multiple items that are shipped at different times.

When will I receive my refund?

All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment.

Depending on your financial institution, you may see that refund within 3–5 business days. If you return an item to us by U.S. mail, we usually receive it within 10–14 business days. Once the item is received, we will process your refund. Depending on your financial institution, you may see that refund on your credit card within 3–5 business days.

Shipping


How much will it cost to ship my order?

Mellona offers FREE shipping on orders above $50 through FedEx Ground/Home Delivery on all orders in the continental United States (excluding Alaska and Hawaii).

All other product orders are charged shipping fees based on the size and weight of the product order as well as the distance of delivery from Mellona’s fulfillment facility in Sumner, Washington. Please note that some U.S. states and foreign jurisdictions may levy taxes on Product order shipping fees.

How will I know when my order ships?

You will receive email updates on the status of your order. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number and carrier.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Our fulfillment center takes between 24-48 business hours to process orders. Items will take between 2-5 business days to be shipped by FedEx.

Delivery


What do I do if I didn't receive a shipment?

If you're missing items or shipments within 30 days of the ship date, sign into your account to report an order issue.
